The Lyttelton Seat
F Per Press Association. Copyright.} CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Subject to the approval of the National Party headquarters, Mr. I. J. Wilson will be the National candidate for the Lyttelton seat. Mr. Wilson was chosen in a selection ballot last night. He is a public accountant. The Lyttelton seat is held by Mr. T. H. McCombs (Labour). It is announced that Mr. E. B. E. Taylor will be an IndependentNational candidate for the Westland seat at the coming general election. The member for Westland is Mr. J. O’Brien (Labour).
