Soviet Busy In Manchukuo
LONDON, July 26. The Japanese Dome! News Agency reports that 5U Soviet troops crossed the border of Manchukuo, but were driven back by the border guards with some Soviet casualties, says a message from Tukin. The belief that all is not well in Manchukuo is. borne out by reliable reports that an enormous explosion occurred at the Mukden arsenal on Saturday night, reports the Peking correspondent of "The Times." It is believed it was the wort: of incendiaries, and that heavy destruction of munitions war caused.
