Rifle Club Shield Contests
Results of the first shoot in the Harland Memorial Shield series competed for by miniature rifle clubs throughout the Auckland Province have been announced as follows: Bevonport, 762; Taumarunui, 759;' Whangarei, 747; Auckland, 744; Tam,aki, 743; Paeroa, 728. Whangarei’s total was made up as follows: —Holmes 98, Lynch 96, Roberts 94, Ching 93, Higgins 93, Robertson 93, Stewart 91, Hore 89,; total, 747.
