Hello Everybody— Tonight Headquarters is far too muddled a place for letter-writing—all this excitement and fuss of : going touring Is very disturbing. f Princesses really shouldn’t have to worry about |' t details when going travelling. But Kupe never will | remember that, and the result is I get badgered with | f ... “Princess, where’s the film box?” . . . “I say, ; \ I Princess, don’t forget some extra sox” , . . “Princess, " i have you made any cakes?” . . . “For goodness sake, || f Princess, don’t forget about phoning Mr. So and So,” ! f etc,, etc., etc. * | Can you wonder that my head is getting slightly | j dizzy? But in spite of that we really are looking i forward to our trip. There are two things—no three ! i || —l’m hoping hard for. One, that it doesn’t rain I > much; two, that Betty B. behaves well; and. three, that 11 i we meet crowds and crowds of Young Norihlaiiders. ~ | j Oh, there’s a fourth—that maidens and warriors !! f in the Far North form many Hapus. Kupe this week | ' has written quite a long story of Hapus, so you’ll “ I ■ know' something about them before we visit you and !! f explain further, 1 ? I I like this idea of joining together in what ,1 i amounts to a happy Club family or sub-tribe.
