London Wool Sales Create Optimism
(Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 23. The feeling of optimism in the wool position shown by all brokers at the close of the series reveals a sound and cheerful market. The pessimism which prevailed in some quarters prior to the opening is largely dissipated. The strength of the market, together with the comprehensive and keen competition, comes as an agreeable surprise. Open rates are fully concerned.
