Health Stamp Initiator Passes

The death has occurred of Mrs Hans Ncilscn, of Norsewood. who was principally responsible for the introduction of llv health stamp scheme into Now Zealand. She was GG years of age. Mrs Neilsen, who was born in Denmark, came to New Zealand with her husband and children 30 years ago. With the assistance of Sir George Hunter, and the co-operation of the Government, she introduced the stamp scheme for the establishment of children's health camps. This system she had seen employed successfully in Denmark.
