[Per Press Association. copyright.'] MARTON, This Day. The Rangitikei Hunt Club’s steeplechase meeting was held to-day, in fine weather. The track was in good order. Results:— Glenmore Maiden Race, of 100 sovs.; five furlongs: (1) Hunting Lore, 8.10, 1; (4) Regicide. 8.5, 2; (2) Tom Tom, 8.10, 3. All started. Short .length; half a length. Time: 1.6 1-5. Rosebank Hurdles, of 135 sovs.; U miles.—(3) Entheos, 9.6, 1; (2) Tail Light, 10.6, 2; (4) Blackman, 9.10, 3. Scr.; Spender, King Mestor, Revival. Two and a-half lengths; a length. Time: 3.1 1-5. Closeburn Handicap, of 120 sovs.; seven furlongs.—(2) Rotoma, 9.7, 1; (4) Tidewaiter, 8.3, 2; (3) Flying Acre, 8.6, 3. Scr.: Shining Hours, Gladium, Maahanui, Silver Fox. A head; half a head. Time: 1.36.
