S.A. Union Parliament Opens
(Received 11.30 a.m.) CAPETOWN, July 22. The Union Parliament opened with equal recognition, in accordance with the Government’s recent decision, being accorded to “God Save the King” and “Die Stem Van Suid Afrika.” The Governor-General, Sir Patrick Duncan, announced that the Government Was appointing a representative in Canada.
