Russo - Jap. Tension Growing
(Received 10.30 a.m.) i TOKIO, July 20. The Japanese newspapers report that tension is growing at Changkufeng, the position in Manchukuo which w*as recently occupied by Russian troops, and from which Japan demanded their withdrawal. It is reported that two Soviet divisions have been massed at Novokeivsk, find four military aerodromes have been established near there.
