Ruawai Dairy Co.’s Successful Year
A successful year was reviewed at the annual meeting of the Ruawai Co-op. Dairy Company, Ltd., at Ruawai yesterday. Mr J. Irwin, the chairman of directors, presided over a large attendance of suppliers. Detailed consideration was given to the report and balance sheet covering the past year’s operations, and a number of questions were satisfactorily answered by the chairman and members of the staff. Messrs Pinker and Boyd, Auckland, were reappointed as auditors to the company. An increased wages bill was shown by the balance sheet. In addition, the chairman’s honorarium was increased to £IOO from £75 last year, while a bonus of £SO was allotted to the secretary, Mr L. Markham.
