Stormy With Heavy Rain —Special Forecast Mr H. M. Vincent s special weather forecast: — Stormy with heavy continuous rain. Easterly winds, strong to gale force. Seas rough to heavy. A cyclone has developed westward of the Auckland peninsula. HEAVY RAlh. EXPECTED. The following forecast is issued by ihe Government Meteorologist for the 24 hours from 9 am. today: The forecast is for strong northeasterly winds, reaching gale force in some exposed positions, turning soon to southerly. The weather will be overeasi; and unsettled. Rain and some heavy falls, but later becoming more changeable. Temperatures mild. Seas on east coast rough, but later moderating. On the west coast the seas will be slight to moderate, but rising. SUNRISE AND SUNSET. (Standard Time). JULY.
