Jap. Soldier Killed By Soviet
(.Received 10 a.m.) TOKIO, July 17. A Japanese gendarme was killed while investigating the Soviet occupation of Chang-Kufeng, the military hill at Fossict Bay, in Manchukuo, from which Japan Isas demanded '.heir withdrawal
The Japanese Foreign Office does not regard the incident as serious, provided the Soviet deals honestly with Japan’s protest.
