Mr. Savage To See South Islanders

The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, will possibly make a tour of the South Island at the end of next week. Mr Savage said that arrangements had not been completed, and no itinerary had been fixed. ‘T just want to meet the people,” said Mr Savage, in an interview yesterday. “I do not want to be bothered with deputations. I want to see the people, and perhaps go to the races.”
