Quarryman’s Eye Seriously Injured
[Special To "Northern Advocate ”] PAPAROA, This Day. Mr Tony Cedo. a worker employed in the Hukatcro quarry, while engaged in spawling metal, was struck in an eye by a splinter of stone. After examination by Dr. Mackay, Mr Cedo was removed to Auckland for special treatment. There are grave fears that the eye will have to be removed.
