Comings and Goings
Mrs Gladys Samson, who for sovoral years lived at “Northlands,” one of the best known estates in the North, has been visiting Waimate North, and has been the guest of Mrs S. F. Mountain. She returns to her home at Waiwera this week, where' she is the popular and well known hostess at the Waiwera Hot Springs Hotel. Mrs J. Peat has returned home after a month spent touring the North Island and as far South as Christchurch and Timaru. Mrs R. K, Trimmer, the women’s representative of the Marsden Electorate Committee of the New Zealand National Party, attended the annual meeting of the Divisional Committee in Auckland this week.
