Young Man Badly Hurt When Jumps From Limited
[Speciac to "Northern Advocate.’’] PUKEKOHE, This Day. remarkable escape from death or serious Injury was experienced by Robert Jones, aged 20. of Hamilton, when he jumped from the Limited express at the Pukekohe railway station at about 8.30 this morning. It is believed that Jones boarded the wrong train, as the express does not stop between Frankton and Auckland. Jones fell heavily, sustaining concussion, a deep cut on the head, and numerous facial abrasions. The injured man was conveyed to the Auckland Hospital.
