Public Notice is hereby given that the Whangarei County Council, in purusance of the provisions of Section 148 of “The Public Works Act, 1928,” has had a plan prepared of a certain road, containing 2 acres 2 roods 34 perches, passing through parts allot 15 Manaia Parish (Plan No. 29443), which road the said Council proposes 1 to stop and close under the provisions I of the said Act. And notice is hereby given, in pursuance of the said Act, that all persons having any objections to the proposed closing of the said road must lodge such obpections in writing at the office of the Whangarei County Council on or before the 18th day of July, 1938.
