Second Arbitration Court Gets Behind

WELLINGTON. This Day

Because of a particularly busy session the Second. Court of Arbitration has been unable to keep up to dale with the making of its awards. Considerable time has been spent, in hearing disputes, and the court has decided that after May 16 it will hear no further cases until May 31. In the interim, the court will clear up arrears.

Disputes, which were to have been heard between May 17 and 30. have been postponed for two weeks. Fixtures previously arranged for dates from May 31 to the end of the sitting, have also been postponed. The date of hearing will be notified later. Cases will be heard in the order previously arranged
