New Zealand, retail price is unchanged at 1/2 and 1/3 per ,Ib. ihie cheese market showed more activity at the end of the week. The New Zealand Dairy Board, by arrangement, with the Primary Products Marketing ‘ Department, lias supplied the following figures for the week ended March 25, the previous week’s figures being in parentheses: BUTTER. New Zealand, salted, 114/- (119/- to 120/-); unsalted, 119/- to 120/- (122/to 123/-). Australian, salted, 112/- to 114/- (119/- to 120/-); unsalted, 119/(122/-;). Danish, 96/- f.0.b., 118/- spot (101/- and 124/-); Dutch, unsalted, 110/- to 111/-; ex. 118/- (117/- to 118/-). Danish retail price unchanged,; | 1/3 and 1/4. CHEESE. New Zealand, white and coloured. 68/6 to 69/6 (70/-). Australian, white, 66/- to 68/- (67/- to 69/-). Canadian, white. 76/- to 78/- (76/- to 78/-); coloured, 77/- to 78/- (77/- to 78/-). English, finest farmers’, 96/- to 98/(96/- to 98/-). The market is steady, and New Zealand retail price remains unchanged at 9d.
