(Received 2.30 p.m.) BRISBANE, This Day. Seven vessels, including the passenger liners Changte, Montoro, arid Katocmba, have been driven to shelter in bays near the Whitsunday Passage, by a cyclone operating off the Queensland coast. Bad weather at Thursday Island prevented efforts to refloat the South African steamer Dalia, which is fast on the Micca Reef with a cargo of timber, near the wrecks of two other ships which, met their fate some year? ago. ' . Thursday Island residents , express the opinion that the Dalia will become a total loss.'
