ST. JOHN AMBULANCE CADET NURSING DIVISION
On Thursday evening, the Nursing Cadets held a Mothers’ evening, and gave a demonstration of their work. The superintendent, Mrs Allan, welcomed the mothers and expressed her pleasure at seeing so many present. Dui'ing the evening the certificates gained in 1937 were presented by the Mayoress, Mrs W. Jones, who spoke highly of the subjects being taught to the cadets, all of which helped to make them useful and good citizens. Supper was served by the cadets.
