Marua
A most enjoyable dance, organised to assist in augmenting the Ambulance funds, was held in the Marua Hall on Thursday evening. Music for the evening was very generously supplied by Mr Cunningham’s orchestra, and was much appreciated. A Monte Carlo was won by Miss N. Low and Mr N. McInnes. The prizes for this had also been donated. A dainty supper was provided by the Marua ladies. As a result of this evening the Ambulance funds will benefit to the extent of approximately £4.
