Moerewa
Among recent visitors to Moerewa were Mr and Mrs H. McCarroli, and Miss McCarroli, of Taipuha, who called in at the A.F.F. Co’s works after the Wairnate Show where Mr McCarroli had judged the sheep. The display of fat lambs on the hooks was of special interest to these visitors, who were afterwards shown round the works and through the freezing chambers.
Mrs l|iylor, of Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay, who spent a fortnight in the North visiting relatives and stayed with her sister, Mrs W. Hansen, North Road, part of the time, has returned to her home.
Mrs Crispin, of Whangarei, has been visiting her sister, Mrs H, Hughes.
