EMPIRE GAMES TRIES AT AUCKLAND
[Special To “Northern Advocate ”] AUCKLAND, This Day. With- the prospect of a trip to Sydney just beyond the tape Auckland’s best athletes went all out at Carlaw
Park on Saturday afternoon when the Auckland Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association held trials to select representatives to participate in the New Zealand trials to be held in Wellington on Saturday week., The weather was warm, but the track was in excellent order and there was little wind.
