(Received 10 a.m.i NEW YORK, June 23. A telegram from Warren, Ohio, states that the Committee for Industrial Organisation called a labour holiday, as a protest against the court’s injunction limiting pickets to 12 and forbidding arming and interference with the operations at steel mills.
