Saunder, the New Zealand Swimming Association’s educational officer at Auckland was prer sented today at Christchurch to a con-' ference of representatives of the governing bodies of swimming, life-saving and surf work in the Dominion. Over the past 10 years the average deaths from drowning was 200 per annum.
