[Special To “Northern Advocate."'! AUCKLAND, This Day.
In his reserved judgment, delivered this morning in the Police Court, Mr C. R. Orr-Walker, S.M., convicted Francis Brewer of using No. 1, State Deposit Buildings, as a common gaming house, and fined defendant £IOO and costs.
A charge of being the occupier of the premises was dismissed.
