Carson Sprains His Ankle
[Special to "Northern Advocate”2 GISBORNE, This Day.
W.N. Carson, the New Zealand representative ci'idk&ter, while playing in a backyard game with several of his former mates in the high school team, vaulted a wall and injured his ankle sufficiently to bar him ■ from playing again at, the M.O.C. in the test match at Wellington next week. The sprain is not serious, but the ankle will have to be rested for a few days.
