RELIABLE COCOANUT BUN RECIPE. —Take lib. castor sugar and loz. butter, cream together; then beat in 1 egg and sufficient Stevens’ “Cathedral Brand” Essence of Lemon and Essence of Cocoanut. Mix in (alternatively) gib. flour sifted with Joz. cream o’ tartar, loz. carbonate soda and lib. desiccated cocoanut. Add 1 gill milk. Bake in hot even on greased sheets. H
