The full text of the Sydney cablegram, received at 11 a.m., which the “Star* endeavoured to read to Mrs Freer per radio phone, and the substance of which was conveyed to her by the purser, was as follows: — “After the Federal Cabinet meeting adjourned yesterday it was learned that the Ministry will not permit Mrs Freer to land in Australia. The Cabinet will uphold the decision of the Minister of Immigration, Mr T. Paterson.”
