RESULTS OF FIVE EVENTS There was a good attendance at the weekly night of the Whangarei Swimming Club last evening, and excellent racing was witnessed. Results are; Men’s 100 yards.—F. Collins (6sec) 1;; O. Haigh (6sec) 2; W. Morris (scr) 3. A very close finish. Time--79 2-ssec.
Intermediate Boys, 66 2-3 yards.—D. Fairley (4sec) 1; R. Webb (scr) 2; J. Howie (scr) 3. Time—s 7 2-ssec. • Junior Girls, 50 yards.—L. O’Donoghue (lOsec) 1; F. Johnson (scr), 2. Won by a touch. Time —47 2-ssec. . Intermediate Girls, 66 2-3 yards.—D. Robertson (scr) 1. M. Spring (4sec) 2. Time—sß 2-ssec.
