NON-INTERVENTION COMMITTEE
IBritish Official Wireless.! (Received 10 a.m.) , RUGBY, November 28. A meeting of the chairman’s subcommittee of the Non-Intervention Committee was Held at the Foreign Office this morning. The sub-commit-tee carried its examination of the plan . for the establishment of a system of supervision bver the entry of arms and war material into Spain in contravention of the agreement to a point at which in its opinion, the matter could be referred to a plenary session of the main committee; Arrangements, accordingly, have been made for ‘ a further meeting of the-main committee to be held on Wednesday morning.- The sub-com-mittee is believed to have agreed upon land and sea supervision of the warfare, but to have excluded air traffic, ' •as this would require the presence of observers from many countries.
