Further fluctuations are expected shortly in butter prices, with the possibility of weakness owing to heavy Christmas arrivals and prospects of appreciation in the New Year. .
The market expects a lower tendency for cheese, as the heavier weight of New Zealand’s new season product has not yet been felt.
