HCHENZOLLERN CONCEPTION OF ROYALTY (Received 11.30 a.m.) DOORN, October 30. Lecturing before a study circle, of which he is pi’esident, the former German Kaiser dealt with the history of the Mesopotamian Royal Family. He declared that only those who looked upon themselves as servants of God understood rightly the privileges of royalty. The Hohenzollerns had always understood that.
