When the surplus of £20.121. representing 1.882 d per lb, is distributed, the average payment over all grades will be 11.546 d for the season. With .578 d per lb added for cream cartage, the- average payment at the factory is 12.124 d per lb.

It is proposed to make deferred payments as follows: June supply, 3.33 d per lb; February, 2.83 d; July, August, March and April, 2.33; September, October, November, December, January and May, 1.33 d. The grade for finest butter rose to 80.84 per cent. The number of suppliers decreased by 20.
