J3APER currency and securities representing many thousands of pounds were 'transferred yesterday to the new premises of the Commercial Bank of Australasia in Victoria Street, Hamilton. The money and documents were placed in two heavy steel 1 safes, which were hauled to their new home on a railway trolley. This work was done by the clerks of the bank, and few passers-by knew that a fortune was being transported in this unceremonious way.—Special.
