SECOND ROUND COMMENCES The second round of the»Whangarei Rugby Union’s senior championship will commence tomorrow. The meeting between Old Boys and City at Kensington Park is expected to have an important bearing, on the competition. ICity started the season like champions, but Old Boys, whom they defeated 9—6 in the first round, have made steady advancemet, and are now lying second to Hikurangi. Kia Toa and Maungakaramea, who shared honours on opening day, when the game was played in a rainstorm will try conclusions at Maungakaramea. ■ In the Senior B grade, Mangakahia and Pipiwai play at Parakao, and Manaia and Whatitiri at Kensington Park.
