MAREO APPEAL HEARING
( (Per Press Association.—ponyrtoht ] | WELLINGTON, This Day. i Tlle appeal for a re-trial of Eric Mareo, the Auckland musician, who was found guilty with a very strong recommendation to mercy, fof the murder of his wife, is to be heard on Monday, March 23. This date was fixed this morning by the Court of Appeal Bench, consisting of the Chief Justice , Sir Michael Myers, Mr Justice Reed' Mr Justice Blair and Mr Justice Kennedy.
