JAP. AND MANCHUKUO TROOPS
SITUATION IN OUTER MONGOLIA
[United Press Association.-By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. ] (Received 1 p.m.) DAIREN, February 7. QICJINOUS TROOP MOVEMENTS ARE REPORTED IN OUTES, MONGOLIA, TOWARDS WHICH JAPANESE AND MANCHUKUO FORCES ARE ADVANCING.
Chinese reports from Peiping indicate that Manchukuo and Mongol tioops are also preparing to invade the Sui-Yuan province, on the frontier.
A semi-official Japanese statement declares: “We cannot remain inactive. The outer Mongols, assisted by the Soviet, are busily engaged in Warlike preparations on the entire frontier, and clashes are constantly recurring. General Tsoyi, Chinese Governor of Sui-Yuan, is preparing to resist the threatened invasion, which, it is feared. will precipitate a revolt of inner Mongol tribesmen.
