KAMO RAM FAIR
At the Kamo ram fair yesterday, a medium entry came forward. Dalgety and Co.- Ltd. were the auctioneers. Romneys sold well under good competition, but Southdowns were hard to quit. Values were:—On account of A. E. Harding (Dargaville), 3 one-shear Romney rams, 35 gns; other Romney rams, from the same vendor, 6 gns to 7i gns; on account of N. J. Lamb (Maungakaramea), shearling Romney rams, 5$ gns to 6 gns; other Romneiy rams, on account of same breeder, 45 gns to 5 gns; shearling Romney rams, on account of other vendors, 4 gns to 5 gns; 2 and 3-shear Romney rams, 2i gns to 35 gns; shearling Southdown rams, to 5 gns.
