FIXED MINIMUM PRICE FOR PETROL?
■ There is a strong possibility of Government action in the near future to fix minimum retail prices for petrol. Price-cutting among station proprietors has recently recurred and strong {representations were made on behalf of retailers that their working conditions should be protected by the imposition of minimum prices by Or-der-in-Council.
