The Canterbury Jockey Club will hold its summer meeting at Riccarton tomorrow, and all the indications point to success, as the fields 'are large, with a few visiting horses to add to the interest. The Riccarton course is in good order, but a shower of rain would be welcomed by many trainers. The form will be watched with special interest, as it will have a bearing on the Dunedin Cup meeting next week. As usual at Riccarton. betting will be on the win and place system. • The following horses may be fancied: Hornby Brush Hurdles.—Arctic Star, Sunward.
