KAIKOHE SHEEP FAIR
Dalgety and Co., Ltd., held a sheep fair at Kaikohe yesterday, an average supply being penned. They sold under good competition at full late rates. Values were:—Good 2-tooth ewes, SO/; other 2-tooth ewes, 28/6 to 29/; a line of good 4-year-old ewes on account of Mr Ayrton, Rawene, 25/6; 5-year-old ewes, 18/ to 22/; full mouth ewes, 14/ to 17/; aged and failing mouth ewes, 9/6 to 12/6; mixed sex medium woolly lambs, 14/6 to 15/4; shorn lambs, 12/ to 13/.
