DOMINIONS AND RUGBY RULES
(Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, January 8. It is considered certain that Australia will be invited to send a Rugby Union team to Britain in 1939 or 1940. The Australian, South African and New Zealand delegates are most satisfied with the result of the Imperial Rugby Conference, and are confident that the International Board will grant a number of dispensations.
