DARING MELBOURNE HOLD-UP
Two masked men entered the South Melbourne post office, held up the postmaster and his assistant, arid escaped with the cash box, which contained £45. While one of the robbers seized the keys of the strongroom from the desk, the other locked up the two postal officials in a rear room and threatened to shoot them if they called for assistance.
