IN BERLIN, ROME AND TOKIO (Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, January 8. The “Sun-Herald” News Service says the question of colonies is now the subject of almost daily despatches from Berlin, Rome and Tokio. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Paris correspondent hints at a concerted move by Italy, Germany and Japan. He says Italy is seeking an entente with Germany, which might be extended to Japan.
