FIT FOR MATCH AGAINST AUSTRALIA (Received 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, December 5. The Marylebone cricket team returned to, Sydney today from Brisbane. All the players are fit for the match to be commenced tomorrow against an Australian eleven. The team had booked to sail to New Zealand by the Wanganella next Thursday, but if the strike continues other arrangements will have to be made. The English captain,. Mr E. R. T. Holmes, in an interview today, said that several of the players entertained hopes, that they would return next year as members of the English test team. There were 20.000 spectators. Rajendra in the first innings made 125 runs for 7 wickets at the luncheon interval (Anarnath 33, C. Nayudu 36, Yuvraj 40). Yuvraj hit five sixes.
