THE TOUR OPENED. MATCH AGAINST COLOMBO. (Received 11.45 a.m.) COLOMBO, October 25. Mr Frank Tarrant’s Australian cricketers today began their first match of the tour against All Ceylon, bn a wicket like Melbourne’s, conducive to runs. Ceylon won the toss, and batted. At the luncheon interval, Ceylon had made 81 for three wickets, all taken by Oxenham.
