TRENCH COLLAPSES
NEW ZEALANDER KILLED. (Received 11.45 a.m.) MELBOURNE, October 25. A sewage trench at Wangaratta collapsed today through soakage. and a New Zealand labourer, E. Bridges, aged 26, lost his life. His body was recovered later by his .comrades under tons of earth and debris.
