OFFICIAL TO VISIT N.Z, (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, October 25. Mr F. N. Smith, principal administrator of the Ministry of Pensions, will sail by the Orford on October 26 on a nine months’ tour of Australia and New Zealand for the purpose of establishing closer liaison with the distributors of British pensions and medical services, and also to hold conferences with ex-servicemen’s organisations, with a view to assuring maximum smoothness of efficiency and assistance in war pensions.
